Widowed a year ago, I am starting to feel a yearning to have another man in my life. Not for marriage per se, but for a strong friendship and relationship, to, you know, “see where it goes”.

A strong sense of humor is a must as I love to laugh and enjoy older movies like Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein and Dumb and Dumber to name a few. Also, reminiscing about the “good ole days” of drinking from hoses, penny candy and old TV shows.

I LOVE 60’s and 70’s music, and some 80’s. Love the Beatles and Elvis and would like to go back to visit Graceland.

Animals are my second love. Dogs and cats, horses, pretty much the whole gambit. The dogs primarily have to be medium to large dogs.

I love to work, although at this time in my life reduced hours and remote work are what I do. My career has been spent in the insurance injury claim field, primarily commercial.

I’m a good cook, and appreciate a man who can as well, as making a meal together means a lot to me. Plus I love to entertain especially around the holidays.

I am currently working to get back in shape as the last two years of taking care of the old man took up a lot of my day, and I had to stop working out to focus on his well being. It’s slow going but I am getting back in the swing of things and hitting the gym. It would be fun to work out with another person!
