NB: If you waved, winked, or flirted recently and got radio silence, blame France. I was off on my travels, on my Harley Trike - three wheels, plenty of throttle, and even more laughs - touring with a crew of like-minded bikers. Messages? I think they got left behind somewhere near a vineyard.

So, who am I?
Ex-Army chap with the usual veteran quirks: loyalty, dry humour, resilience, and banter that should probably come with a warning label. I’m running with a number of physical modifications these days (hence the trike), but still fully roadworthy and MOT’d for adventure.🤪

I’m not after a second wife - one love story was enough, and a hard act to follow (been widowed for 7 years). But I wouldn’t mind a co-pilot: someone who doesn’t mind bug splatters, enjoys a bit of cheek, and is up for chats, coffees, and weekends that start with “shall we…?” and end somewhere a satnav didn’t expect.
