Hopping in the car (or back of your bike) and heading out with no destination in mind... Just taking off! Lunch and a drink at some trendy (or even a dive) place along the way. A nice walk on a pier, or along the water, or sitting on a mountain top somewhere. Maybe a car or bike show, concerts, theatre production like Cirque for example.
