Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als

I have traveled extensively both in this country and abroad, largely a result of my time in the Air Force and am so far from complete. My bucket list is a rolling addendum; I moved around a bit following the death of my son and landed in Oregon. My preferred method of travel is motorcycling so if that’s a deal breaker, be forewarned.
I have never followed the masses, I am not here for a hookup. Seems the vast majority of men lack the basic qualities distinguishing a man from an adult male; honesty, integrity, loyalty, devotion, sincerity and/or commitment. My truths are not always what fall most pleasant on the ears but this I know with all my heart; there is no future in a lie.
So . . . Background, likes, defining character, all that remains is the hard part. What do I want? I hope I can never fully answer that . . . A predetermined desire could blind me from the bond of a lifetime if I was looking away, and also remove God from the decision. My hopes are to find a soul with similar but not identical tastes and beliefs, able to see the beauty of any day regardless the weather, honest and sincere, compassionate with time for a friend. An entry level life companion, that’s what I want/need.
